so...
well at least we're going in the right direction...

weight = goal + 13
what i ate:
breakfast: yogurt with honey and almonds, coffee with vanilla flavored fat free creamer
snack: big coffee with splenda and creamer
lunch: big veggie burrito from qdoba, diet coke
snack: diet dr pepper
dinner: lean cuisine frozen pizza, heineken
so that's not too bad, right? except that i eat pretty much precisely NO fruits or vegetables.
anyway my lunch was pretty big (have you seen the burritos at qdoba?) and i ate it early (11am)... but i found that i didn't have my usual 3pm sweet craving. coincidence? i'm not sure.
also i went to the gym and ran 5k.
so i feel like i am at least toching the wagon now, if not actually back up on it. but i really need to get this under control and return to living like an adult.
