oh jeez.

ok so time has passed, and i am heavier than ever... what's the deal? time to get back on the food-documenting wagon, i suppose. that and the eating less, exercising more wagon.

here are the cruel facts:

weight = goal + 21

yep, 21. jeez oh pete, as they say.

today is june 12th. this is what i ate:

breakfast: slimfast, coffee with skim milk and splenda (total calories: 210)
snack: big coffee with splenda & creamer, big grapefruit (130)
lunch: slimfast, special k bar, cherry zero coke (280)
snack: apple (60)
other snack: 3 jolly ranchers and some mini sweet-tarts (120)
dinner: grilled mahi mahi, mom's lo-cal potato salad, broccoli, glass of white wine (500)
dessert: one mignonette chocolate (45)

total for the day: 1345

not too bad. but wow, those candies have a LOT of calories! must remember that

went for a short walk (maybe a mile?) with mom.


i don't have much to say, other than, it's time to get this under control.
