yesterday was june 21, 2007
weight was goal + 17
what i ate:
breakfast: luna bar (190), coffee with skim & splenda (30)
snack: coffee with splends & creamer (30), grapefruit (100)
lunch: slimfast (190), special k bar (90), cherry zero coke (0)
snack: applesauce (50), string cheese (70)
other snack: cheesecake (100), m&ms (100)
dinner: 3 stroopwaffels (390), hanfdul of walnuts (200), most of a beer (200)
dessert: rhubarb crumble with 1 scoop of ice cream (250)
total for the day: 1990
ok again too much. the cheesecake and m&ms at work... are you kidding me? but it is so hard to say no when someone brings it right into your office. and dinner was eaten at my former house where i was feeling lonely and depressed.
i did ride my bike 10 miles in the morning, so at least that was a good thing.
