yesterday was 6.19.2007
weight was goal + 17.5
what i ate:
breakfast: luna bar (190), coffee with skim & splenda (30)
snack: cherry zero coke (0), special k bar (90), grapefruit (100)
lunch: nutty cheese salad from racine's, guessing (500)
after work: 2 vodka lemonades (300)
dinner: rice with veggies, eggplant, salad, and a beer (500)
dessert: brownie with 1 scoop ice cream (200)
total for the day: 1910
not so good. but i did ride my bike 10 miles in the morning. and honestly, i needed those drinks! probably could have gone without the dessert, but we had guests over, and i hate to be rude. ok, and i hate to say no to brownies and ice cream.
