so slowly!
yesterday was 6.20.2007
weight was goal + 16.5
what i ate:
breakfast: luna bar (190) and coffee with skim/splenda (30)
snack: coffee with spenda/creamer (30) and a buckeye (candy)(85)
lunch: slimfast (190), special k bar (90), cherry zero coke (0)
snack: grapefruit (100), string cheese (70), baby carrots (80), 1/2 cookie (60)
other snack: 14 almonds (80)
dinner: moroccan vegetable stew (200), 2 slices of bread with smart balance (200), glass of wine (80)
dessert: rhubarb crumble with one scoop of ice cream (250)
total for the day: 1735
a little on the high side. i shouldn't have had the candy or the cookie (both were brought into my office by a colleague and graciously offered to no one but me... impossible to say no! but i could have thrown them away or something...) not sorry about eating the dessert- you only get freshly made rhubarb crumble, from your very own rhubarb plant, every once in a while. definitely worth the indulgence.
on the plus side, i ran 3.3 miles in the morning, and rode my bike about 7 miles in the evening. so enough physical activity to balance out the delicious delicious desserts.
