today
today is june 13th.
weight = goal + 18
what i ate:
breakfast: slimfast, coffee with slim milk & splenda (190+30 = 220)
snack: big coffee with splenda & creamer, 1/2 chocolate frosted raised donut, 2 chocolate cookies (30+100+200 = 330)
lunch: slimfast, an apple, a special k bar and a cherry zero coke (190+60+90+0 = 340)
snack: 3 m&ms, applesauce, string cheese (30+40+60 = 130)
dinner: 2 hard boiled eggs, 3 crackers (160+45 = 205)
total for the day: 1225
reasonable. even with the donut and cookies.
but i was SO proud of myself, my boss brought in a huge box of donuts and when my coworker asked if i wanted to split one i said yes, and so i ate half, and that's ALL i ate!! so proud! feels good to flex the restraint muscle.
