weight was goal + 18.5

what i ate:

breakfast: slimfast (190), coffee with splenda & skim milk (30)
snack: big coffee with splenda & creamer (30)
lunch: slimfast (190), special k bar (90), cherry zero coke (0)
snack: baby carrots (80), grapefruit (100)
other snack: tuna cup (80), apple (60)
dinner: salmon (175), ear of corn (120), 1 tbsp smart balance (45), salad (40), glass of wine (100)

total for the day: 1330

i also rode my bike 10 miles in the morning, and went for a 2 mile walk with mom after dinner.

what i am learning? i'm not sure. that 1300 calories isn't a lot of food. that i can survive without brownies and ice cream, even if dad is eating it. um... that losing weight is hard.
